Financial Management
The basic objective is to introduce participants to financial diagnosis and analysis of businesses, providing tools required to understand financial structures and the meaning of financial ratios, and the management of portfolios and relations between business and banks.
The basis for financial analysis is strengthened, in order to be able to manage the major issues of corporate finance. During the course, participants handle topics such as strategic advantages in the sound management of working capital, the creation of value within the business, estimates of the cost of capital, and the relationship between risk and profitability.
This area goes more deeply into the problem of indebtedness, and alternatives to manage debt, studying the major components of corporate finance in relation to the analysis of investment decisions.
