The Family Business
The area of family business is basically designed to make an in-depth examination of the three systems present in a family business: ownership, family and work, to provide an appropriate solution to situations of conflict which arise when these systems interact with each other, in order to achieve the survival of the business and the same time the satisfaction and unity of the members of family.
The academic structure of the area of family business allows participants to identify family traps which affect continuity of the business, understand the process of succession and those who play a leading part in it, familiarize themselves with the organs of government required in the business of this kind, and analyze the financial tools for managing family wealth, and the processes of strategic planning in parallel between the family and the business.
