Teaching staff
 The teaching staff in INALDE is formed by lecturers from Colombia and other countries who work full-time for INALDE. Since the Institute started, professors from the most prestigious business schools in the world - Harvard Business School, Darden, IVEY, IESE, IPADE, IAE amongst others, have been connected with INALDE, and are invited to take part in its Programs.
The formation of staff is a fundamental concern at INALDE, which dedicates its best efforts to this area. Therefore, teaching staff have a rigorous academic preparation, and a proven business track record.
Teaching staff maintain an active presence in the world of business management, acting individually as consultants and advisers. The members of the INALDE staff have acquired broad experience as consultants in Colombia and abroad, and they are therefore familiar with a wide range of activities in public and private sectors alike
