The Community
 The graduates continue to build up INALDE day by day, along with current participants, and businesses which entrust formation to INALDE and collaborate with it, along also with teaching staff, directors and staff and employees. All of these are essential, and enable to tuition to build up its mission of serving enterprise and society through quality teaching and research.
The research Programs in the school are the fruit of constant work of a group of teaching staff, distinguished for their pedagogical and research vocation, and their close relationships with the business environment, and the support and feedback of graduates and participants.
Our main interest is to provide those who occupy senior management posts in business in a place of reflection, in which they can develop themselves professionally and personally. This approach, centered on the individual, reflects our conviction that the purpose of entrepreneurs and managers must be to serve people and society.
