Project:
 Te research group in quality and service engages in joint work between INALDE and the Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences at Universidad de la Sabana.
Status:
The draft of the project is being reviewed for presentation at the next round of proposals for Colciencias (2006) Active participation of the Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences and Blank in projects.
