Senior Management Program PADE
What is the PADE program?
 PADE is a program addressed to owners, CEOs, General Managers and directors with a wide experience in senior management positions in Colombian and international businesses.
The PADE Program is designed to improve senior management skills to manage a business, within complex realities and changing circumstances, rethinking business processes, developing and selecting strategies to win a competitive advantage, responding to the challenges of a competitive and globalized economic environment, understanding one's mission better, and so, the responsibility of managing individuals more efficiently, and providing direction, vision and integrity, at the same time as encouraging others to do the same.
The Program is designed for participants to widen their skills, by discovering them for themselves. Using the Case Method developed by the Harvard Business School, participants combining their business experience with the simulation of decision taking, and the construction of specific action plans in the context of real business situations during general sessions, with the guidance of teaching staff, who are of high standing in Colombia and abroad.
