Whom does the Program address?
PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE
 The Program is addressed to first-level management (Vice-Presidents, SME Managers, Business Managers, Division and Department Heads, and others), who have executive management responsibilities and are required to address problems at that level and to have an overall view of the organization. The Program is therefore an opportunity to provide an integral response to that commitment, and to help participants to adjust their own work to the context of the general objectives and policies of a business.
