What is the PDD program?

PDD is a Program designed to practice management skills over a period of five months. It is addressed to first-level managers with wide management experience, whose responsibilities require them to deal with senior management problems, with a comprehensive vision.

The Program seeks to create real-life situations for participants, so that they can develop their management capacities to the maximum. The programs based on an active method, which helps the participants, directed by a member of the academic staff, to enrich their knowledge and decision-taking process, through a process of personal discovery, to review their own attitudes and behavior, and hence, to promote the development of their business.
