INALDE
INALDE is the Management and Business School of Universidad de la Sabana. Founded in 1985, it is engaged in the formation of entrepreneurs, and on improving their management skills, in response to national needs and needs of the organizations to possess leaders who will be able to face the challenges of the global context, promoting genuine economic and social development, in the context of the principles of human dignity.
INALDE is recognized for its academic excellence, and its integral and humanistic focus. As a leading management and business school in Colombia, it has adopted a strategy focused on internationalization and innovation, and this is implemented through exchanges of teaching staff, curricula and experiences with the best management and business schools in the world. The Academic Advisory Council is formed by professors from Harvard Business School, Spain’s IESE and Mexico’s IPADE.

The INALDE Executive MBA
The MBA program is designed for professionals with at least five years experience in those of responsibility in an organization, with a clear vocation of management. The INALDE Executive MBA has been conceived for those who wish to develop their human and management potential through serious, rigorous and profound formation.
The main objective of the Program is to provide comprehensive formation and development of the participant, for his personal and professional growth. It seeks to prepare businessmen and managers with humanist values to face complex situations in management activity, based on vision of the organization as a whole, and the consideration of specific and well-founded criteria.
With the constant exercise of analysis and synthesis in the discussion of real business cases, participants improve their capacity for decision-taking and they perfect the structuring of specific action plans. All of this is complemented by the acquisition of technical knowledge which provides state-of-the-art theoretical/practical support, a generalist's view of organizations, and an understanding of the global environment.

DURATION
The program takes four semesters, from July 2006 to June 2008, with a recess of 30 days between mid-June and July, and December and January.
WORK SCHEDULES
The program requires your present physical presence at INALDE on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings, with prepared individual work during the week taking approximately 22 hours. In addition, each year will contain in an intensive week at INALDE, which will require your full-time attendance.
INFORMATION SESSIONS
INALDE organizes regular information sessions to provide better knowledge of programs to potential participants, and to answer any questions they may have.
VALUE OF PROGRAM: COP 63,500,000 (At a notional exchange rate of COP 2,100 per USD1, this is equivalent to approximately USD28,300)
The cost of the program includes matriculation, academic material, and the international MBA Week in Mexico.
RESERVATION OF PLACES
Once admitted to the program, candidates should reserve their places by paying COP 3 million (Approximately USD1,200). This payment is not reimbursable.
MATRICULATION
The matriculation for the first year of program is COP 28.5 million (approximately USD 13,600), to be paid before the program starts. The matriculation for second year is also COP28.5 million, to be paid before the second year of program starts.
