How are they constructed?
Company management plays an active part with INALDE in all stages of the Program.
Analysis of needs
Company management and INALDE work together on the detection of needs in formation, during an intensive period of preparation of central objectives and basic content.
Design
The educational proposal mainly focuses on a specific area or on the intervention of different areas. INALDE agrees with the Company on this choice, and details of content, duration and activities are defined.
Development of the Program
Execution requires the application of active methods and a high level of participation, and these are the means used by the Program to establish close ties and collaboration between participants and teaching staff.
Evaluation
Like any product which is made to measure, these programs are evaluated to appreciate the degree of compliance with objectives established. The evaluation is conducted by the teaching staff and the participants, who provide their opinion on the design, material, teachers, etc.
