In-company programs
What are In-company programs?
 These programs are made-to-measure for a particular business, and are intended to offer answers or solutions to match the strategic problems of formation and development of skills in each organization. Based on the diagnosis made jointly by the company and INALDE, the Program is drawn up to fit the exact requirements of each company, and thus become an effective tool for senior management.
The In-company Programs help companies to achieve the following objectives
- To satisfy the specific needs in formation, developing a fast-track learning process in management skills, practices and techniques.
- To introduce more modern techniques and concepts, and so, to contribute to the analysis and implementation of new corporate strategies.
